THE DESIGN OVERVIEW
The VOGUE EMPIRE is a residential structure that would be home to 80 families in a well known prestigious area of Lagos state known as Oniru.
With 11 rising floors the VOGUE EMPIRE shall be a master piece on the existing coastline of Lagos state. It has been carefully located along the boundaries of the EKO ATLANTIC a MEGACITY project soon to be Lagos state’s and a main business hub in West Africa.
With the attention to detail and its luxuriously designed spaces and aesthetical facade, THE VOGUE EMPIRE shall be home to the working class and expatriates that would soon be conducting businesses within Lagos states’ mega city.
The site is located along the water corporation road off Ligali Ayorinde and is bounded by the soon to be largest mega business hub of west Africa THE Eko ATLANTIC mega city development. The structure is placed on 5000 square meters of land and only covers a fraction of the whole land; giving the opportunity to have enough space for landscaping and recreation; IT SURE WOULD BE A MASTER PIECE.

THE STRUCTURE
The VOGUE EMPIRE would have 11 floors and would cover 2613 square meters; it will have two floors for parking, a floor for recreational and a bit of commercial activities and 8 floors for residential apartments.
The residential floors shall house 10 apartments with each wing having an interesting view.
The structure has been designed such that each apartment has an interesting vista/view of the city of Lagos and the new Mega city. It has been divided into 3 wings with each wing functioning independently. Each wing has been equipped with its own elevator and escape staircase to give occupants a sense of privacy and proper management. The swimming pool, gym and mini mart shall be the only communal areas within our prestigious apartment complex.
The occupants would have access to the following facilities;
- Swimming pool, gym, landscaped relaxation area and a mini mart.
- Central security, controlled power generation and water supply and waste disposal units

APARTMENT LAYOUT
The apartments have been grouped into types due to its location, size, amount of terraces and the vista it enjoys.
There are 3 types
TYPE A – 110 Sqm
TYPE B – 108 Sqm
TYPE C – 116 Sqm
Each apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a semi open kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The living area and bedrooms have terraces which allows the occupant an outdoor experience and view of the environment. Apartments will also have large windows to allow more natural lightening into the space.

This apartment occupies 110 sqm.
It is positioned in the external areas of the building and enjoys more views than all the other apartments. It has the largest terraces to enable the occupant the opportunity of having a beautiful outdoor experience and view of Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Oniru and the Eko Atlantic.

This apartment occupies 108sqm.
It is positioned in the internal areas of the building which oversees the swimming pool area in the centre of the block and the Eko Atantic depending on the position within the structure. It has sizeable terraces at the living and bedrooms.

This apartment occupies 116 sqm.
It is positioned in the center of the building and enjoys views of the pool area, the Eko Atlantic and the Lagos metropolis. It has the largest living room and has more terraces than all the other apartment types.
