THE STRUCTURE 
The VOGUE EMPIRE would have 11 floors and would cover 2613 square meters; it will have two floors for parking, a floor for recreational and a bit of commercial activities and 8 floors for residential apartments.
The residential floors shall house 10 apartments with each wing having an interesting view.
The structure has been designed such that each apartment has an interesting vista/view of the city of Lagos and the new Mega city. The apartments have been grouped into types due to its location, size, amount of terraces and the vista it enjoys.
There are 3 types

TYPE B – 108 Sqm
TYPE C – 116 Sqm
Each apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a semi open kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The living area and bedrooms have terraces which allows the occupant an outdoor experience and view of the environment. Apartments will also have large windows to allow more natural lightening into the space.
TYPE A
This apartment occupies 110 sqm.
It is positioned in the external areas of the building and enjoys more views than all the other apartments. It has the largest terraces to enable the occupant the opportunity of having a beautiful outdoor experience and view of Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Oniru and the Eko Atlantic.
TYPE B
This apartment occupies 108sqm.

TYPE C
